Incredible Years focuses on:

• Building positive relationships with students
• Building positive relationships with parents and promoting home to school consistency
• Preventing behaviour problems using proactive approaches
• Motivating children through incentives
• Developing behaviour plans
• Decreasing inappropriate behaviour

All of our teachers train in Incredible Years Teacher Classroom Programme. There is whole school implementation of the programme. Two of our staff are Incredible Years Tutors for parents and our HSCL Co-Ordinator offers training in this programme to parents annually.
